This Privacy Policy explains how Helpi Life Ltd ("Helpi", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit our website, use the Helpi app, book a service through our platform, or otherwise interact with us. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in an open and transparent manner. This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed.

Helpi Life Ltd is the “controller” responsible for your personal data. We are registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14827301) and with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

This policy applies to anyone who interacts with Helpi, including customers who book services, tradespeople ("Heroes") who provide services, and visitors to our website or app.

This website is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data relating to anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Personal data we collect about you

  • The Hero assigned to your job, so they can contact you and complete the work.
  • Service providers who provide IT, payment processing, and customer support services.

  • Regulators and authorities who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes.
